Edie Fontaine is the Designated Broker and co-owner at Locations Real Estate Group. Edie's professional experience extends into teaching License Law and Continuing Education to the Brokerage community in both Maine and New Hampshire. In 2016, she received an appointment by Governor LePage to serve on the Maine Real Estate Commission.

Maureen Zemrak grew up in New York and settled in Maine in 2009. She has been a high producing agent since she entered real estate brokerage in 2010. She enjoys a strong repeat clientele due to outstanding customer service and excellent negotiating skills. She also is part of the policy making team at Locations Real Estate Group and co-owner.
